- Complete the OTP verification process to successfully register. Login credentials will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
2. Application Submission:
- After registration, log in to the portal using the provided credentials.
- Navigate to “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form”.
- Fill in the mandatory fields in the “Basic Details” section, including BOC Registration Number, Applicant’s Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, District, and Sex.
- Select the relevant scheme in the “Select Scheme” section.
- Upload the required documents in the specified file size and type.
- Submit the application form and note down the Application ID displayed for future reference. The Application ID will also be sent to the registered email ID.
3. Checking Application Status:
- The application goes through a 3-level approval process: Clerk, Labour Superintendent, and DLC.
- To check the status, go to “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status”, enter the Application ID, and click “Search”.
- The application status will be displayed in a tabular format. Once approved by the DLC, the status changes to “Approved”. Applicants can print this page and submit it at the Labour Office to avail of the scheme benefit.
