Online Registration

- User Login: Go to the registered user login section on the home page.
- New User Registration: Those who are not registered need to complete the registration process by clicking on the option of New User Registration.
- Fill the Application Form: Login and click on the application form in the service section of the Department of Agriculture Honorable Chief Minister Farmer Accident Assistance Scheme.
- Provide Details: Fill in all the required information such as details of the accident victim, address, business of the claimant, and details of the accident.
- Upload Documents: Upload all the necessary documents.
- Submit the Application: Finally, submit the application form.
Offline Registration
- Submit Application to District Collector’s Office: Within 45 days of the accident, the farmer or their family members must provide all the information about the accident in the application form to the District Collector’s office.
- Application Submission to Tehsil: After this, the application will be submitted to the Tehsil, where all the details will be scrutinized by officials.
- Verification Process: The officials will verify the details provided.
- Receive Benefits: Once the verification process is complete, the applicant farmer will receive the benefits under this scheme.
Benefits of this Yojana
- Financial Compensation: The scheme provides compensation up to Rs. 5 lakh for the loss of both hands and legs, loss of one hand and one foot, and other severe injuries.
- Disability Compensation: For disabilities ranging from 25% to 50%, financial assistance between Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 2 lakh is provided. In case of loss of an eye due to an accident, assistance up to Rs. 5 lakh is given.
- Death Compensation: In the unfortunate event of a farmer’s death due to an accident, a compensation amount of up to Rs. 5 lakh is provided to the family.

Eligibility Criteria
- Farmer’s Age: The scheme is available to farmers aged between 18 to 70 years.
- Non-Land Owning Farmers: Farmers who work on share or rent without owning land are eligible.
- Family Members: After the death of the applicant farmer in the accident, the scheme benefits extend to the parents, wife, children, grandchildren, and other family members.
- Disability Requirement: Farmers with a disability of 60% or more due to an accident can avail of the scheme.
- Post-2019 Incidents: Families of farmers who faced accidents after September 14, 2019, are eligible for the scheme.

- Attested copy of Khatauni: This document is required to prove the land ownership of the farmer.
- Registered Lease: For registered private lessees, an attested copy of the registered lease is needed.
- Certificate for Sharecroppers: A certificate from the landowner or their heir/legal heir stating that the deceased or disabled person worked on their land. If the landowner is not available, a certificate from the village head and regional accountant with their signature and seal stating that the affected person was a sharecropper on the land.
- Age Certificate: Proof of the farmer’s age to ensure they fall within the eligible age range of 18 to 70 years.
